2. Scope of Services
CSB Tech provides digital products and professional services, including but not limited to:
Website design and development
SaaS and custom software development
Mobile app development
Game and interactive experience development
Website Care Plans and maintenance services
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management services
Digital products such as eBooks, plugins, and tools
Each service may be governed by additional scope documents, proposals, or agreements.
3. Website Care Plans Subscription Terms
Website Care Plans are subscription-based services providing maintenance, monitoring, and support.
3.1 Subscription Terms
Plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
Services are active only while the subscription remains in good standing.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
3.2 Fair-Use Policy
Care Plans are subject to a fair-use policy. Excessive requests, custom development, or out-of-scope work may require:
An upgraded plan
An add-on service
A separate project agreement
4. Custom Development & Ownership
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Clients retain full ownership of custom-developed code and assets upon final payment.
CSB Tech retains the right to reference completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
5. Digital Products (Books, Plugins, Downloads)
5.1 Digital Product Sales
CSB Tech offers digital products, including, but not limited to, plugins, software tools, digital downloads, and educational materials.
All digital product sales are generally final due to the nature of digital goods.
5.2 Limited Refunds for Defective Digital Products
Refunds may be issued within seven (7) days of purchase only if a digital product is determined to be materially defective.
A product is considered materially defective if:
It fails to function as described in its official documentation or product description, and
The issue can be reproduced on a supported and standard environment, and
CSB Tech is unable to provide a fix, patch, or reasonable workaround within a reasonable timeframe.
To request a refund, the purchaser may be required to provide diagnostic information, including error logs, screenshots, environment details, and steps to reproduce the issue.
5.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase
User error or misconfiguration
Conflicts with third-party themes, plugins, extensions, or custom code
Unsupported platforms, outdated software, or non-standard environments
Lack of technical knowledge or failure to follow documentation
5.4 Licensing & Support
Unless otherwise stated:
Digital products are sold under a one-time license.
Licenses grant the right to use the product but do not include resale, redistribution, or transfer rights.
Ongoing updates, enhancements, and technical support may require an active support or maintenance plan after any initial included period.
6. Software Updates & Support Policy
Initial updates may be included for a limited period at CSB Tech’s discretion.
Ongoing updates, maintenance, and technical support beyond the first year require an active support or care plan.
Without an active support plan, access to updates and assistance may be limited or unavailable.
7. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Services
PPC services are billed as service fees only.
Advertising spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform (e.g., Google, Meta).
CSB Tech does not guarantee specific ad performance results.
8. Payments & Billing
All prices are listed in BSD unless otherwise stated.
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
Custom projects may require deposits and milestone-based payments.
9. Refund Policy (Services)
Except where required by law:
Setup fees, consulting fees, and completed services are non-refundable.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
10. Limitation of Liability
CSB Tech shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits, revenue, or business
Data loss due to third-party platforms or client-side actions
Downtime caused by hosting providers, software updates, or force majeure events
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable service.
11. Third-Party Services
CSB Tech may integrate or rely on third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policies of third-party providers.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:
Breach of these Terms
Non-payment
Abusive or unlawful behavior
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
